You lodge your claim with your insurance company

Tell your insurance company that “MAKs Caravans Repairs is your choice for Repairs”. We offer a life time guarantee on our work.

One of the MAKs Team will contact you directly to arrange a time for a quote to be completed.

If you are unsure, please contact one of our team members who will be able to provide you with the relevant information about your claim and the process.

We assess your caravan

Once we have assessed the damage and discussed the right repair process for your caravan, We will arrange for the quote and specific photos to be sent to your insurer. Depending on the extent of the claim your insurer may elect to assess the damage from our photos or book an inspection time. 

Ok! The Assessor’s inspection is complete, and authorisation is pending assessors report directed to your insurer.

Your insurer authorises your claim

Once your insurer has assessed and authorised your claim, MAKs will be in contact with you to explain the next steps in the process and arrange a book in date for your repairs to be completed.

We will provide you with an estimated turn around time. We don't want you to be without your adventuring caravan for too long!

Your insurer authorises our repairs

MAKs will receive a Repair Authority allowing us to commence the repair process.

The assessor will call you to confirm the full extent of repairs have been authorised to MAKs.

MAKs will call to discuss a time frame required for the repairs to be conducted on your caravan, at this time if you have any extras or modifications you would like done to your caravan (now is the time to tell us!).

We complete your repairs

MAKs have a three-stage final check of your beloved cravan. Once your repairs have been signed off by the workshop your caravan will undergo an extensive interior and exterior clean. Before we call you, MAKs Management (AKA The BOSS himself), will check all repairs and seals guaranteeing our repairs to your caravan are above industry standard! We don't miss a thing!
